Parallel Landscapes / Paisajes Paralelos

Project in collaboration with Alejandra Aragón

The project arose by recognizing each other in our photographs. The marginalization and neglect that the landscape reveals are deeply linked to the violence that women suffer, even the places where their bodies are found have a particular similarity. The high levels of feminicides that occur in the State of Mexico and in Ciudad Juarez are not coincidental, they are the result of the planned precariousness that is revealed in the infrastructure of the landscape.
