In Mexico, one of the greatest crises in terms of the defense of women’s human rights, the country has become a hostile ground for us, to the extent that we have failed to guarantee the right to lifetime. According to the National Institute of Women (Inmujeres), seven Mexicans are murdered daily because of extreme violence, with the State of Mexico being one of the states with the highest number of cases, where the numbers are mostly concentrated in Ecatepec, Chimalhuacán and Nezahualcóyotl, the latter is the municipality where I live.
